Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV license and council tax.
A default fee for late payment of rent 3% over Bank of England Base Rate.
Replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement, capped at £24 inclusive of VAT.
Client money protection is provided by Client Money Protect. Redress through The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
