Terms and Conditions
All tenants will need to complete an application form; and we are happy to help you with this, if desired. We also require, where appropriate, a reference from your employer, a bank reference and a reference from your previous landlord.
Normally, a six-month Assured Shorthold Lease would apply, and we will advise you in advance of the type of lease available on any property in which you are interested.
Upon agreement of a lease, Prolet requires a Damage Deposit and an Agency Fee. You will be informed of these in advance. Please contact us for more information.
