Instructions
Upon receipt of instructions, details are prepared and circulated to prospective applicants. Your property will be advertised in local press and on our website, and will be included in our photographic window display.

Viewings
Arrangements are made for applicants to view the property through the landlord and accompanied by a Prolet representative at all times.

References and Tenancy Agreement
Once a suitable tenant has been found, references will be taken. If found satisfactory we will draw up a Tenancy Agreement in accordance with the Housing Act 1988 as required.

Inventory
A schedule of condition of the contents and decoration of the property is required prior to the commencement of the tenancy. This will be carried out by a Prolet representative.

Rent and Deposit
The tenant will pay to us one month's rent, together with a damage deposit (normally equivalent to at least one month's rent). We will then pass on all documentation and monies, less fees, to landlords who will then take over the management of the property.
